Multi-lingual SubTitling System Encoder

The µSTM/E is a component of the STM system, a low cost multilingual subtitling system. It is a dual purpose unit incorporating a time code reader (LTC/VITC), and a STM data encoder. The STM Encoder software (Windows based) simultaneously read the subtitle files (one per language), receives the time code from the encoder, and sends the data and commands needed to display the subtitles at the appropriate time.
